I took this picture of a butterfly hanging upside down on a brick wall. I positioned my camera sideways to give the butterfly the appearance that it was sitting flat. I also had to be far enough away not to scare it away and zoomed in. I love the detail we can see on the antennas.

Hi all you bloggers out there. I am pretty new to this blogging site. I have been interested once again in photography since my camera had become water damaged during one of my overseas travels back in 1997. I will be posting photos of my artwork as well as scenes from nature. I find photography to be very therapeutic.
